Archive of coincidences, velocities and systems

For Vassiliea Stylianidou the artistic process involves a constant renegotiation of public and private history as well as public and private spaces. Stylianidou´s  work deals with the limits inherent in systems of order and discipline such as architecture, family, power and language.
The video installation ΠLOT (2008-2010) is an associative archive that creates a richly model for utopian historical revision challenging us to re-cycle and re-construct our present within our personal history.
